I received it as a corporate christmas gift and I have to say that it's a really decent product at what it does and I use it almost daily, but I would never spend that kind of money on a mug by myself because I would never admit it's worth the price. Like I'd just drink my coffee faster otherwise, no big deal, it's fine. In that way it's like that perfect gift of "I'd never buy it for myself, yet I still enjoy it and make use of it all the time".

last week i started up the cold brew maker and then left for a work trip. i meant to ask my wife to empty it but forgot. returning, i emptied it and took a sip, easily one of the most bitter things ive ever tasted. perfect
