Meanwhile, new evs are now down in the upper $20K range, which is getting close to the lowest gas powered cars.

It's even better for hybrids. I bought my Sonata hybrid for $27 k new off the lot, and have been getting 55 mpg or better. (~4.3 l/100 km in sensible units)

I know a lot of these comics are dogwhistles for vile hate but a lot are also just as banal as they look, imo. "College sure is expensive."
