 This SE/30 now has 128MB RAM in it. Yes, a compact Mac from 1990 with that amount of RAM. The only frustrating part of the upgrade was dealing with the plastic retaining clips for the RAM, hoping they wouldn't snap when removing and installing RAM. Next up is installing Mac OS 8.1

Maybe 32 bit mode isn't turned on? You either need a ROM upgrade or the mode32 control panel to access more than 8mb

Just get one of these: https://www.bigmessowires.com/mac-rom-inator-ii/ They’re perfect for modded macs or otherwise out of factory spec macs. They have all the extras you need and an in-rom copy of Mac OS you can boot to in order to troubleshoot if you need to

I was on board with the video until the end when he made it clear it was a proprietary one-off with no plans to share any code or build instructions. Boo  I've been thinking about buying an aliexpress RF modulator to broadcast a couple analog channels inside my home through the old cable tv wiring, then I could tune in real TV sets to the fake channels. The rackmount multi channel ones seem to only support mono audio though, which is a bummer. I've ordered one of these to test, it looks like its analogue counterpart has stereo inputs but this hdmi model is cheaper https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001949411736.html  The analog composite model: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/10000149604140.html Not sure which frontend to use though, ErsatzTV sounds promising since all my media is in Jellyfin
