Partner got back today after his 2 week trip of "I've had enough of you being overemotional and feeling like I'm walking on eggshells because I cheated on you again and you cry a lot now" rest and space trip He's asleep now bc he's been travelling for 25 hrs in cheap horrible airlines. My eyes are still red bc I am sensitive to eyelash chemicals, so I'm crying and making it all of your problems right now. Because I'm awake and feel like he didn't return woth the sense of safety I need and I have.... a man I call the master pedo and an emotionally volatile woman in my ring as emotional support and I'm feeling very weird E: the time and money used on this trip was originally for our cute engagement trip. I've been having a tough time too. Getting a mental health plan from my GP and talking to someone helped. The other thing that helped was getting involved with an org that serves the people. In my case, serving the poor and hungry.

At the end of the day Yolo however bad you feel you gotta push yourself out of wallowing in your comfort zone else nothing's going to change. Your dickhead partner and the rest of the world won't change around you, so I hope you can get out there and do literally anything else besides what you're doing today. Don't overthink it, just keep doing it. Sometimes it won't be what you thought and that's ok. Just do it again and again. Something will stick and suddenly things will be different because you'll be looking forward to the new thing you've found not back towards the poo poo things that are there now.
