RavenousScoot posted:we got one of those already :^< honestly since you're playing 5th edition the subclasses or archetypes, whatever you want to call them, prevent you from being too similar if you double up on a class. hell my roommates and I had a game where we rotated DMs and all of us were rogues with different archetypes. is your DM likely to kill you off? in my experience people don't like doing that tho I'm certainly not stranger to killing player characters. I hope you are having fun in any case. I think there's room in this edition for paladins to be fun. |

dm isn't actively trying to kill anyone and helped cheese us back to a good place when we were thrown in over our heads at one point (it's his first campaign too) but pcs dying is a thing that is absolutely not ruled out mostly having fun, especially if I find an unconventional approach for combat/a skill check etc/npc interaction so maybe some sort of bard or spellcaster character would be fun too (just mashing away in standard combat and popping devine smite isn't the highlight of the game for me)

I might be close to throwing away a bunch of my stuff as instructed by landlord. 11th shot 13:46. app says BAC estimate .113%. Glad I don't drive. If I need to go get something I'll only be the amount of danger of 240lbs moving at walking speed. That's not too dangerous to others unless they are like those short rear end people that be running around being like 40lbs and poo poo and at that point it's normally them running into my leg and bouncing the gently caress away and I'm like bro, you know that was going to happen it's the same rear end poo poo as when i tell you to not stop in front of me for no reason and i'm moving and sorry my leg thats bigger than you ran into you, but you gotta give me time to send signals down the line to stop motion before I finish a step and by means of just normally moving displace your entire person from it's location. I love my son, he gets ran over once in awhile and that poo poo is totally on him for not walking to my side like instructed. or like also just not being tiny and standing in front of me. it's like a train having a car stop in front of it... you hosed up dude, like don't be there when i can't stop. but the kid is a dick anyways and when he sleeps on my bed he chooses to allocate 60% for open his side area, then lay on the other side of that line taking up like ten percent for his body, which infringes on the like 40% width required for shoulders i have. i tell him to scooch and he doesnt then i lay down and hes half buried under my right shoulderblade with 3 loving feet of empty bed to the side of him while I'm riding the edge. 12th zweiten oder zweite at uh all my clocks auto hide... 13:57 |
