There's a couple competing conspiracy theories here, the QNuts haven't decided on which one they're going to fully commit to. 1. You're looking at it backwards. Climate change can give the government justification to force you to live in a pod, eating bugs and forbidding you from traveling fifteen minutes away. So in order to make this happen they need to set off huge fires and blame it on climate change. Jewish Space lasers aren't even necessary for this simple arson will do. The fact that some major wildfires were started from arson helps feed this narrative.

Which was sorta their point. I've never gotten far in a pokemon game, but regardless of generation they all have a pretty similar gameplay loop, you get your first pokemon, you travel with that and battle/capture other pokemon, fight a gym boss and it opens up new areas of new pokemon to fight/capture? At a certain point you realized you've done that enough.
