Pan's Labyrinth had the right idea. You do not let the fascists and their inspirations have a legacy, kill their history, kill their legacy. The best thing you can do for their children is to destroy that so they can grow up as human beings, not as vessels of capital.

Who or what can challenge, and stand a chance at beating, the corporate juggernauts dominating the world?

This is pretty big news. I read analysis that neither India nor Brazil wanted fast BRICS expansion, because they would lose too much voting weight in the new party.

Okay whats the new name now?

I purpose G11 (The Global South 11) , G11 > G7

There's already a G20 that's very nearly the union of the G7 and the new BRICS, OP

Yeah I forgot G20, which ruined my joke. So maybe something like D11, D stands for Development (not Developing, since Russia think they are a developed county.)

It's weird that Indonesia is hosting G20 and they not even in the expansion. Indonesia should have taken the Argentine slot. There is no Asian country in the expansion either.

Unfortunately BRICS will be destroyed as it makes further contact with Argentina's economy

So if the Brics gold-backed currency rumor is a bust, maybe they can do a oil backed currency.

You know how the G20 summit has this gimmick that all world leaders have to dress up in hosting country silly costumes, they need to come up with their own gimmick. Maybe group photo need to be taken in super sentai poses or something.

You tie it directly to the oil, like 100 oilbux to 1 crude unit. It's a good idea for a trade currency.

oil prices are too volatile by themselves

but you might be able to tie it to a basket of commodities that BRICS+ produces

like oil + gold + titanium + tungsten + rare earths + gallium + germanium + etc

Hmm there should be a single commodity that is exchangeable for any others, I bet that would facilitate trade
