It really depends on your local climate, I've found them (in my case a full-face) very comfortable when dry and cold, while damp and hot sucks.

It also happens to me, with non-fresh masks. The tighter the mask (and the longer I wear it), the more likely I am to get a mildly runny nose. I assumed it was the pressure applied to my sinuses or something.
