That thing is raw on the inside. I remember when there was a similar meme 10ish years ago in the low-carb spaces where you would replace your bread with fried cheese. Culminating in a grilled cheese sandwich where the bread is replaced with cheese that was grilled until crusty. I made it a few times, but it tasted massively unhealthy.

steinrokkan posted:There's no such thing as raw cheese You would think so. Or even think correctly that raw cheese is superior to other cheese. But, if you are making those kind of cheese with cheese dishes it feels metaphysically and texturally wrong to have that unmelted cheese in the middle. It is hard to explain if you never tried it. As opposed to the obvious biological wrongness you feel when you lie down after eating it and feel it settling in your arteries.

Nothing wrong with that one, I would eat a little provolone taco right now if I had all the components on hand.

My parents are doing the low carb thing and they had no crackers in the house. My mom suggested I have a provolone taco filled with liverwurst and nothing else as a snack. I think I just had something completely different for a snack.

Mymla posted:Genuinely don't understand what the problem is supposed to be with this. I like prunes; some people think the only reason people eat them is to with poopin. They do help with poopin, but a cup of prunes for 4 people isn't that much fiber. I like when around ramadan the grocery stores will have medjool dates at almost reasonable prices; I'll get a big thing of those and eat waaaay too many once I get home, like 5. I guess if your system is used to a high fiber diet it isn't so bad but it has a pretty severe laxative effect on me.
