It flew in a straight line ~~northeast-to-northwest~~ northwest-to-southeast (lmao how did I type that) over tempe, az at 2:38am UTC on august 27th. Flight trackers don't show anything on the same trajectory, the ISS is moving in a different direction and currently over the Atlantic, and it seems way too bright to be a satellite or a drone, and it had a light halo visible to the naked eye even when it wasn't in the clouds. You can see some airplanes towards the end of the video for comparison.

SpaceX was launching around that time I believe, but not sure you would see that from Arizona?

Potentially a fuel pod burning up? Or some other random space junk/small meteor making re-entering the atmosphere is my best guess. If it's not just a plane with the sun reflecting off it.
