In a similar style: We used to have a restaraunt that would make a baked cream cheese and crab-stuffed anaheim with a fire roasted tomato sauce served with crostini. Easy enough to reproduce, and you can smoke the veggies that make up the sauce

Why is it always cream cheese that peppers are stuffed with, my most hated kind. I can barely handle the smell when I make cheesecake for my mom. There's gotta be another cheese that can fill the same pepper niche.
