Even the expert interviewed in the article agreed that most of the disinformation is coming from Russia, he just criticized that the ad makes it look like the disinformation would look obviously Russian, when it's typically coming from bots set up to look like average Canadians. Also, I dont think the average Canadian thinks about CSIS like at all.
