That's genuinely loving crazy. It's sad, really, that the guy was given the return of a lifetime twice and could have had one of the greatest final runs ever. He's an incredible wrestler, and I don't think I'll ever forget how even when I was lapsed as a regular watcher how the Rampage return or Miseria Cantare made me feel, or even how much I loved that last match with Joe. But even given his absolute raw talent that still persisted, in the end you just don't do what he did and act how he acted and get off scott-free. If anything it's almost nice seeing wrestlers face consequences for their actions. I'm glad the return happened but I'm also just as glad it's over. I'm sure AEW will soldier on just as well, and maybe it'll be even better, more cohesive. I guess we'll see how Collision feels going on but I still really love the vibes of it and I hope it continues to be a different-feeling show with other guys getting the spotlight. All Out will also be pretty interesting, I suppose.
