Give me the Space Mughal Empire or Space Manchu/Meiji where warriors are forced to be civil servants or something.

It'd just end up being insanely racist and they know it, and you'd just be engaging with the setting through NGO equivalents anyway.

if the game eventually has an automatron tier DLC which adds things like using your extra ships for automated trade routes or something then you can actually play a rich titan of industry.

what would a good snowrunner in space game be like though? like would it be Real Newtonian Physics simulation or would you have convenient scifi engines that produce thrust using only electricity instead of needing reaction mass?

would you just spend all your time taking off and burning to orbit and then landing on another planet, because actually traveling in space is really dull unless you're doing KSP orbit transfer bullshit in which case it's a lot of spreadsheet work and oops didn't bring enough fuel so now I'm stuck on a deep-space trajectory for the next 15 years and can't get anywhere... also is your pilot immortal or do they get old and retire so you're constantly churning through replacement dudes who work a few decades and then retire, like a roguelite?

I thought my Sandy Bridge could still hack it but then CODMW 2019 came along and I CTDed all the time. :rip: I replaced it with a Ryzen 3600 and the CTDs went away.

Black friday deals will hopefully be good. AMD is the meta now. I upgraded to a 5600 last year for 120 bucks and it was just a drop in part since I had the motherboard already. I finally got a 3060 and it was under 300 bucks. Flash storage is cheap. RAM is better than it used to be price wise.

This is probably a good time to upgrade. Quick, do it before cryptocurrency has another surge or they figure how to monetize AI on random consumer cards.

Your best bet for something like this imo would be a cargo shuttle bopping between moons and space stations in the same gravity well, maybe some interplanetary action. It would be the best way to ensure you're not staring a black screen in cruise for hours since the meat of the game would be handling rendezvous, orbital mechanics, docking, landing, and probably debris and asteroid fields.
