In closing, selling a house loving blows and all the poo poo that I had to fix was stuff that existed when i bought the house but was too dumb / hasty to get fixed. Live and learn and be smarter than your old pal PFC, and get poo poo fixed when you move in so you don't have to fix it on the way out.
