you have to have concealment puch maxed for that to work and what that requires is stealth melee kills that are extremely difficult without chameleon

I hope death stranding 2 comes out someday and is good. I would have played a bunch of DLC if they made it for the first game. just more areas and people to do chores for. New roads to build, perchance a pizza to deliver
