One of the epilogues in Unity literally says that without the Emissary and the Hunter everyone is free to enter it after you. It's just those two morons gatekeeping the entire universe.

finished AC6 on NG++. never played an AC game before and honestly the old ones sound too tedious for me, but this game kicked rear end. as much as I liked it there's no chance I'm going for S ranks. The so called "true ending" kinda sucked. it never feels like there's a real reason to go with allmind other than "they're doing something spooky, it might be cool". you don't even know what walter and carla are up to atthat point so it's not like you're choosing against the fires. having the fail pilot as the final boss was also anticlimactic and that fight sucked rear end. also did I miss something or did all the new NG++ PCA chatter about the real raven didn't go anywhere? The liberator ending was my favorite, the team up with rusty was awesome, and fighting walter's husk on a crashing ship was the coolest final boss (though the easiest, ayre  )

why do the cutscenes in Mortal Kombat games always edit around the violence like its a PG-13 movie. they’ll have like a dude getting his throat slit in a cutscene and every single time they will cut away from it to keep you from seeing even a single drop of blood. meanwhile the fatalities are like “okay, are there any organs we haven’t shown spilling out onto the floor yet?”

oh yeah the anarchist thread reminded me there's new Golden Idol dlc. thats probably the only game that will break me out of starfield right now, although reading the crazy places the ac6 story goes makes me want to get back in there

Lies of P is pretty good, been checking it out on gamepass. I think it maybe has a mechanic or two too many, it didn't need monhun durability, but it's been a pretty good time and I can hide Timothy chalamets face with a big donkey hat

I found the space casino with no gravity, and again it's a very cool set piece that kills me because there should be more like this and they could do so much more with it - I think it's only connected to a rumour, not even a side quest.
