The only thing funnier with this whole Perez scenario would have been that Perez joins back being lapped what was it, 36 times? There was a Safety Car and the unlapping procedure puts Perez back on the main race lap, and he over takes somebody to not classify last finisher.

Pretty happy that McLaren are fighting consistently for podiums again. Shame that Redbull is so far clear of everyone else though and don't seem to have any reliability issues with the exception of Perez.

Although I assume it would be hard to compete for the fastest lap if the car still is loaded up with fuel for laps you didn't run cause you were in the garage. For the reason, I'd assume it'd be pretty unlikely.
