I've enjoyed the 90s co-star films though etc. Actually I thought Heroic Trio wasn't so good, or just ok for me. But still, Michelle is great, that cast is great overall. 5 is such a weirdly mean-spirited one, I kinda love it for just being so horrible. It's basically what you'd get from a Rob Zombie's Friday the 13th. Plus it contains them drat enchiladas! 6 is probably still my favourite if I had to pick one, but honestly, the whole 4-6 Jarvis Trilogy are all winners.

For me the only truly unwatchable ones are 8 and sort of 7 if only because they cut the gore out so it’s not that fun until the last bit which is very cool. Obviously the best Jason look. But man. Lack of gore at all is just bad.

Five does a little too much introducing characters just to be dead meat. I like to play with my food a little first - just enough to feel like I’m not watching an fx reel but not enough to make it mean spirited. Thats why my top three is some combo of 2, 4, 7. Also I keep meaning to watch History of Occult but keep forgetting Tubi exists

Part 5 has that one character that shows up at someone's door to ask for something to eat in exchange for work, then turns around and gets stabbed in the stomach. My only issue with Jason x is the spaceship production design is really bad and I wish it looked a bit more alienesq Otherwise good poo poo. Also my first Jason movie I ever saw
