i’m not norwegian “lille tulla” means something like “little baby/child/sweet one”, “tull” also means nonsense, or a very light word for mischief, and could also mean “play/joke”. like if a child says something dumb or tell a prank, they could say “jeg bare tullet!”. there’s also the meaning of something that’s twined, like “en tull med klær” don’t think i’ve ever heard it in a naughty setting.
