I played the old BGs for the first time after BG3. BG1 is a fascinating little look at what started the CRPG genre as a hole, rather janky both because it's a PC game from the 90s and because it's based on 2e. Definitely had a fun time with it though. BG2 is just good, though still shackled to a weird janky system. edit: thank god the EEs built in the feature to be able to loot all bodies around you instead of clicking individually SirSamVimes fucked around with this message at 06:23 on Oct 12, 2023 |
