Yeah I mean there's a clear video of the ordinance hitting the parking lot or whatever, its clearly not anything hamas has access to(or israel would be partly smoldering rubble like gaza) and nobody loving cares. I stopped looking at twitter because I felt like I was really starting to go insane. You don't want big craters from ordinance like this, you want it to go off before it hits the loving ground ugh

when I was a dumb lib, one of the first "big" posts I made on reddit was early in the Duterte administration, when there was news of the government having contracted infrastructure work with Chinese construction companies. I did some googling and found that these companies were not only state-owned (!), but they had been sanctioned by the WTO over allegations of corruption (!!), and so it was very bad news that Duterte was getting the Philippines involved with such firms I think that's still the most upvoted post on my account, by a couple thousand points. It's absolutely true that it creates this feeling of having uncovered hidden knowledge, that you have some kind of edge over everyone else but you can't escape ideology when I started putting the same kind of effort into "connecting the dots" and saying that it just didn't make sense to allege that Chinese COVID vaccines were worse than mRNA, when I started pointing out that there's never been any evidence that it exerts a "debt trap" over smaller nations, when I would post about the contradiction of NASA raising red flags over Chinese space debris falling to earth when NASA waives its own safety protocols for the same thing, when I would post completely anodyne bits of evidence showing that news website Rappler was funded by Pierre Omidyar and the National Endowment for Democracy, people didn't like to listen as much "connecting the dots" when it came to nefarious Chinese Construction Companies attracted people because it fit into their own preconceived notions about China, but "OSINT" by itself can't break through someone's world view unless they're already willing to have it broken some other way. It's just effort-posting.

the rubber stamp 'parliament' of egypt is currently meeting, it's all a bunch of egyptian mukhabarat dogs so they're not important or elected, but it's interesting how violently they're speaking out against israel and against the plan to ethnically cleanse the palestinians, and they're speaking really positively about the palestinian resistance and how they should back them with everything they need, they're even putting on a show of everyone wearing Kiffeyehs (and of course everyone has a big fat egyptian flag on their desk and they're all buttering up sisi), conveniently forgetting that they're part of the problem and played a key role in the siege, but who knows maybe the pressure really is getting to Sisi to change his track and actually show a spine, but it's hard for me to picture someone who gave up egypts water rights on the nile having any sort of principles in him.

I've kinda hyper-focused on debunking every IDF claim about the bombing for the past day, but truth is it doesn't matter. It's incredibly obvious in real time that it was an Israeli airforce strike; since then, the IDF and a bunch of OSINT accounts who are effectively US intelligence assets have attempted to muddy the waters to create confusion. Unfortunately with a huge chunk of the public they've succeeded. In a few weeks or months Israel will quietly admit to it. I'll try to make this the last thing I say about it unless new information comes out. There's two unavoidable facts that guarantee only Israel could have bombed the hospital: 1. The video of the impact, which is verified and no one on either side really disputes, looks and sounds almost identical to other Israeli strikes (both seen in video from Gaza in recent days and in other applications) 2.
