Does the ladder still match best on collection level once you are series 3? I got infinite with high evo second day but maybe that's because i'm 1000 collection level.

Ways I can think of to have two of the same card in your hand: The Hub location (completely random card) Time Theater location Cloning Vats location into some sort of bounce effect Sinister London location into some sort of bounce effect Bar Sinister location into some sort of bounce effect Moon Girl Loki if one of them was a copied card Cable if it was one of your cards Mantis if it was one of your cards Agent 13 Maria Hill Mirage Agent Coulson Nick Fury Those last five are just completely random chance. I might be missing one or two. But yeah if you're ever not sure where a card came from you can click it and it will tell you if it was created by some effect.

I think that collection level is the highest priority matchmaking tool until you get into infinite rank. Then they try to match you based on SP.

Is there a trick to finishing the pool 3 collection? I started playing again, collection level around 1k, and every cache I opened recently had titles, avatars, etc. I'm still missing a ton of cards, so getting cosmetics kind of sucks.

Every 9 caches are a set in a randomised order, and 2 of those 9 will have series 3 cards in them. So you can go up to 14 caches without a card but the overall rate you earn them is the same as everyone else, and you will still have 4 cards after 18. I think there's an exception that it will be replaced by garbage if you got the card you should have got through some other means but i'm not sure on that.

No. It is guaranteed. But the groups of 9 aren't nicely placed between 2 spotlight caches, which is tripping people up.

that's what i thought as well, except like i said, there were posts of people showing their opened caches and a couple of them had 14+ boxes without a card. hence why i said, the speculation is now that it's an average of every two per nine. feel free to go through all of the support / bug topics in the official discord if you (i stopped a while ago) but that was specifically one of the hot topics since it's supposed to be guaranteed and surprise, it's apparently not for a couple of people. second dinner did the same thing re: bots in conquest, where they specifically stated that there were no bots and people regurgitated that garbage gaslighting others who ran into bots (including myself, where i lost both in gold and infinity to cheating ones) and then next season, surprise surprise second dinner back tracked saying just kidding guys! now there's no bots anymore we pwomise! (except in poo poo grounds and silver). they don't know how their own game works (at times).

Lol I got a MODOK Hela gamer who snapped with the nuts turn 1 and I casually Enchantressed their invisible woman causing them to go off early and discard their Hela, and they nonstop Kamala emoted me for over ten minutes straight I put the phone down and came back and they were still at it, this game has some emotionally healthy and balanced players

With a brief exception on the launch of Conquest where you might emote "Snap?" on turn 1 and then snap yourself to indicate that you wanted a one-and-done match, nobody has ever used emotes in this game for any reason except to be toxic. SD have even been told this by the people who do it.

I only use two emotes, fist bumps when a game was good and Spider-Man when we drop the same cards. I had a guy last night keep doing Spider-Man and “I don’t believe you” emotes the whole game and I’m not sure why. It started before we even flipped cards.
