Why would you want to go to coney island and eat a hot dog in a videogame? Just go to coney island and eat a hot dog in real life, or boil yourself a Schneider's Red Hot in bong water and have the same experience.

Funny enough, plane tickets might cost a lot more than a full-price game. $70 versus some hundred dollars one way PLUS lodging in New York.

Haven't really had problems with any PC release this year. Dead Space, Resident Evil 4 Remake, BG3, Street Fighter 6, Armored Core 6, Disgaea 7, everything's ran pretty great. Biggest issue I had was a stuttering in Street Fighter 6 that turned out to be because of a malfunctioning Windows driver, but the game itself was fine.

i believe dead space remake at least ran near flawlessly for everyone, barring anyone trying to put the thing on an HDD (which they, in fairness, give you a big honkin' warning on initial bootup about doing) i'm not enough of a techhead to know the cause beyond hurling the term "shader compilation issues" out like a discus, but it's definitely convincing me that lowballing upgrades is the way to go, as my 3060 Ti's ran everything this year without issue
