I had a knee surgery that keeps me from standing still for too long and no one asks for any kind of verification of disability, they just let you sit! For free! In a location with a good view!!

I've been to places in Costa Rica and Hawaii that do the whole bean-to-bar thing with cacao grown right on-site, it's rad. A lot of them do milk chocolate too but it's less about distinctive flavor notes and stuff like that as you'd imagine. That Chocosphere site it links to is still in business and does the grab-bag subscription boxes. It's a fun hobby and cheap. Domori Sambirano is maybe my favorite of all time
