If you press them about how TV commercials are "woke" they'll just point blank claim every single commercial depicts a biracial (black man+white woman of course) couple which is way more unrealistic to them since it's wildly disproportionate to the number of actual biracial couples in the US.

Absolutely zero surprise that the same phenomenon happens on a low incidence of minority people appearing at all in any kind of mass media.

I'm betting the threshold is the point you'll accidentally see the offending demographic by accident. So simple math, you see ten commercials over an hour, 30% have nontraditional couples thus you've seen three instances of non white/straight couples. Confirmation bias dictates that if there's something you find distasteful and worry about it's frequency, you're going to notice examples a whole lot more frequently and go out of your way to find them in a manner inconsistent with passive TV viewing. So this and your theory suggest they don't like seeing biracial couples on TV, start watching for them (actively encouraged by other reactionaries on social media) and start jumping at shadows when they suddenly notice they are 'everywhere'. Honestly the only commercial I remember with a biracial couple off the top of my head was a cheerios commercial, and I probably would not have even twigged that there was a biracial couple if it didn't cause such an over the top tantrum from reactionaries (almost as bad as when they realized Zipper was coded as Black in the recent Rescue Rangers film) Another bizarre anecdote I've heard about racists like these are that they are really, really into biracial porn which is pretty  to me, I mean wouldn't they hate that stuff? I remember reading a reddit post (that we'll take at face value here, don't pop my bubble) about a Redditor finding his racist dad's porn stash and it was all huge black dudes railing little twink white guys which was pretty ironic. So maybe they hate these biracial commercials because they get weirdly aroused by it which makes them feel angry and ashamed?

I remember there was an advertising trend for a while here for showing a bunch of different families enjoying the same breakfast cereal or sauce or whatever as a fast montage, and the easiest way to both increase diversity and signal to a larger audience but also make it clear that hey look at all these different families all enjoying Brand to an audience barely paying attention was to make them obviously different ethnicities or cultures or numbers of kids or whatever. And of course assholes would count that as a gay black commercial even if if that was well under half of the number of featured families.

It's all 'tinfoil' about "social credit scores" and how the government can ruin you by deleting all your Apes or Slurp Juices or whatever the digital monopoly money is called. They like to use the Trucker Convoy in Canada as an example, as I guess some of them had assets frozen so it got everyone all paranoid about getting canceled for wrongthink. You'll note these types of folks never bring up the actual existent issues of a cashless society (weed dispensaries in the US unable to use the banking system effectively, and sex workers being overly reliant on the mercy of credit card processors).
