Meaningless argument, people are gagged wrt ongoing prosecutions and trials all the time and he's actively engaging in witness tampering and worse. The fact that he's permitted to continue doing it is a dead giveaway that they're just going through the motions and don't intend on actually penalizing him in any way that matters.
