Lol those tiramisu cups don’t hold enough whiskey for a proper drink. Maybe for a toddler.

The only dessert I've loved from the deli area has been the dulce de leche molten lava cakes. The glass is terrible for drinks afterwards, but probably good for dips if you need little ramekins.

Costco still had the bottled in bond bourbons so I grabbed a couple bottles! And a 5+ pound bag of candy. And some discounted wine glasses because my mother-in-law is coming to visit for a month and she breaks at least one glass every time she visits. And some cereal. And they had this bag of pizza dough flour. And of course a bag of dog food. And a 3l box of pinot grigio. I think I did pretty well.

Update negatory on either of those.

However on a whim I grabbed the pulmuone beef japchae kit and had it for dinner. Was pretty good

Got the weatherpoof vintage men’s joggers for wearing around the house as I had a few pairs of my old lounging pants wear out. Fit surprisingly well, very comfortable, and just warm enough for long pants weather without being too thick. $20 for a 2 pack, got two packs in the warehouse and they are the same price online so I am grabbing another one.

Can I return something I didn't buy but was purchased at Costco?

I had my SIL buy formula at Costco for me but I think I jumped the gun and we're going to have to try switching formula. It's still unopened.

I wasn't able to return formula. We bought three cans of powder because it's so much cheaper than the ready to feed stuff, but it causes my three month old to spit up for hours after eating. We went to return the unopened cans, and they said they don't accept returned formula, even if it's sealed.

that looks insane but I think might be the best deal in human history if someone is moving into a new home and needs an entire kitchen set.

You could probably resell 1/2 of that set for close to what you paid. At least 10 of those pieces are routinely $400 or more.

Yeah it's definitely insane in every sense of the word; ridiculously good value but also a loving pallet of kitchenware weighing hundreds of pounds dropped off at your door

Once upon a time there was a perfectly serviceable Kirkland Signature dutch oven. Steel knob on the lid, a touch thin/light, a smidge less capacity, and a steal at ~$50... or $20 more than just the official le Creuset steel knob replacement (you want to replace the plastic knobs if you're doing lots of baking because they're not rated for 500 F).

I can't speak for the ones (Tramontia??) they sell in the warehouse today.

Got mine a decade ago and it's still going strong. Mostly used for baking no-knead bread but lots of stews, braises and deep frying too

I love that it comes with full sets of plates and bowls, etc. I wish I had the money to splurge on this, but I don't and I already have a fair amount of Le Creuset cookware anyway, so c'est la vie.

This is like when Notch bought that mega mansion with the candy room. Somebody's gonna build a house and stock the butler's pantry with le Creuset, then some non-cooking person will buy it and complain about the rust stains after running it all through the dishwasher.
