Don't know when PWI's ranking period is, but going by Cagematch Charlotte has wrestled a mere 9 televised matches in 2022 and 16 this year, whereas Giulia is at 41 combined, so way more. But obviously those shows only aired in Japan and should probably disqualify her or something  .
