The part where the arm stitching meets the neck tends to be further back than center, too.

Store hid the remaining 5 ounce boxes of mike&ike candy behind the new blatantly obvious 4.2 ounce ones, I grabbed some from the back but am probably done with it from here on out. I know something stupid like candy is whatever, but this poo poo is endless and exhausting, it's really getting to me Can't wait until the butter shrinking hits where I am, that's going to make baking a real loving thrill

If you manage a popular product then all your decisions revolve around exploiting it for maximum profit, vendor lock-in, and promoting barely related but unpopular products. This is why Bing and Edge must never have any sort of majority share of anything.

On the other hand if you are a google project manager with an unpopular product you have no incentive to improve it because it will get cancelled. If the product gets popular, on the other hand, it will still get cancelled.

I just bought a box of the same brand and size trash bags I've been buying for 15 years and now they're ~10% smaller so they won't fit around the top of my kitchen trash can.

I live in the tropics so we don't really get leaves like that. I'm talking about those big black trash bags that you fill with yard waste like twigs and bush trimmings. Anything remotely hard pokes right through these lovely new bags I got.

If I'm not mistaken, Walmart.com has slyly adjusted the way it differentiates store stock from random online dropship crap. You used to be able to toggle a box that says "store stock only" or something like that, so you could literally just see which products are half-decent enough to earn shelf space. It took a little doing: picking a store, selecting "pickup," and ticking a box. Now, there's no way that I can see to filter out the random no-name garbage. Instead, you have to look for the tiny words "Pickup today" under the products, which I think means the same thing as "in stock at the actual store you're looking at." This being Walmart, there is, of course, no guarantee that what you want can actually be located at that store, but that's been the case for at least the last 25 years. Honestly, Walmart getting into the "our website is like Amazon, i.e., eBay at its worst" game is a troubling signal all on its own. doctorfrog fucked around with this message at 00:17 on Nov 5, 2023 |

euphronius posted:What does dropship mean It's outsourcing for orders. You order the thing from Walmart and then Walmart turns around and orders it from someone else to be shipped to you. Sometimes that someone else is the manufacturer of whatever you ordered but these days it's usually some random 3rd party seller.
