Volta is going to go do their own thing. XiX was not allowed to come because konstantin is a giant loving twat that no one likes, so they are crashing in StainRus. b0ss is remaining blue but are doing their own thing. One alliance is joining Frat but I don't know which one.

Severance alliance, We Form Blob, Fanatic Legion, Scumlords, and Brave Newbies are all joining the Imperium though some of them are joining as alliances and some are WIDotting into GSF.

Wormholes are cool and fun. Much easier and more chill than you would think at first glance. Also, you can make a lot of money in a wormhole. Even enough to potentially stop paying CCP real money to keep your membership.

They do, but there are also too many kspace systems whilst wormholes have the benefit of being fluid and players having control over who their neighbours are, which lessens that.

you can actually inflate your scrote pretty safely with sterile saline, syringes, needles, and aseptic technique. its a niche kink iirc

So I uh, logged in after 8 years. Is there a method to getting all of these assets trapped in weird stations I no longer have access to in nullsec over to someplace I can freight it to a market and sell?

Alpha clone is extremely constrictive. I'm very intimidated by everything that has changed over a near decade, but don't wanna throw money at the game until I know it's something I can play in the near-term.

Join the alliance who owns that space or sell your stuff to the people who live there. Look who owns those stations. If it’s goons/imperium/you may know them as CFC in delve or around there join goonwaffe to get your poo poo out, then look around, maybe you don’t want to be in a bloc now.

GooseFleet is popping off in stain/wormholes, faction warfare is also doing great and there are people here who will tell you what to do with that.

The most straightforward method is to asset safety everything (you can right click the structure in personal assets) and they'll be able to be reclaimed in the closest lowsec system. You can then move/sell any assets from there. Lowsec Buyback is a service that buys everything in lowsec at 70% jita buy (for the most part) that I found handy with random assets in lowsec that weren't worth it to move otherwise.

The last time I logged in for longer than a week, the bees were sitting on a very nice french couch in Deklein. Then another time I logged in, it was war with Fountain TEST. I don't know holes, I don't know filaments, I don't know why we're all peering into the abyss. I guess the Triangle Rus Jove are here to replace the GM Jove and there's some Drifters who need killing, according to a popup. There has to be an old man's guide to eve, there just has to!

So I am very far away from joining anything until I reorient from the vertigo. Is there an old man's guide to EVE?

FYI, asset safety can be very expensive if you have a lot of assets and not much liquid, and lowsec buyback will lose significant amounts of money on top of that. If you can it is always better to join a group or directly sell stuff.

Asset safety has I think a 15% tax, and buyback at 70% jita buy… is very very bad even seperate.

I mean yeah it's a large cut. But if joining the group that holds the citadel isn't an option / you don't have enough assets to bother with that, and it's less than 2b or so and doesn't fit in a BR, then it's likely less than what it'd cost to asset safety and then move on public contracts / freight services. I know I had <1b of assets in a lot of different lowsec systems when I came back recently and I'm not about to bother with getting all that couriered when a service like that is an option.

Obviously if it’s 2 bil or whatever who cares, but i would find it far more likely that this dude has tonnes of assets, could easily lose a couple bil doing asset safety if you have capital level assets.

Plus asset safety takes like a month when it’s not in the same system. Who lives in dek now? Scumlords? Volta? Just join a newbie corp in B3 (whichever one is easiest to join) and move stuff to lowsec if you have significant amounts of stuff.

Wtf are you fitting on a t1 bs to get it to 1bil

Also congrats, you have made a tonne of money (as long as you have all your money in assets, not liquid)

I mean, back in the day I was fitting blue cross speed king rocket packs and T2 hardware fixtures while taking the finest space drugs, wearing Crystal in the headspace. Apparently this is no longer optimal.

& a Rohk now runs ~250 million just for the hull. Borderline useless sniper hull became useful at some point.
