Only 3.6 Roentgoons per hour ... not great, not terrible.

Given that the cut segment of the Cyberpunk review was supposed to be about open-world games in general, I would guess that's the angle with LA Noire, which is an ostensibly open-world game with basically none of the traditional open-world stuff.

LA Noire also had this weird marketing gimmick where it was presented as ~historic~ GTA despite being nothing by like that outside of superficial style, so there is also an interesting angle for diving into the game that was sold versus the game that was made.

Just lmao that supposed "fans" of Tim Rogers wouldn't use the downtime between seasons to learn the emperor's Nihongo. Watching a Tim Rogers video without mastery over the various Kansai dialects is equivalent to watching them with the sound off.

I encourage you to do this, but if you're at all hesitant, you should probably pick one other than 7 to start with.

The DQXI demo is 6-8 hours long, should give a pretty solid idea of how much you'd like the games.

Yeah it’s seemed for a while like he’s been working on the rest of season 2 simultaneously, which seems, to be honest, not great for anyone’s mental or physical health!! But we shall see, at least he has a team now

It’s around 1 hour every 37 days or so right now based on a very rough estimate I did last week

aw yeah dude, those three dollars i'm giving him every month really hurt the 'ol bank account-- kept me from getting an extra scoop of ice cream on my sundae the other day. very sad!

I had his twitch stream on for background noise while I was playing something else this weekend, and as an aside to him making fun of people saying he was grifting his patreons, he mentioned that the new video would be coming out "soon". God only knows what that means to him, but it's something.
