In China, they are sometimes referred to as Phoenix claws (Fèng zhǎo 鳯爪). Plain old chicken claws/feet are used too, though. A little fiddly, but I don't mind them at yum cha.

I haven't had chicken feet too often, and it was always prepared as part of a Vietnamese dish, but they were good eating. A little weird to approach the first time, though.
