Hamas should never stop fighting and I think they'll last longer than the IDF. Doesn't change how the Israeli political leadership needs some way to declare victory. They want to go back to the slow quiet genocide that wasn't making the news anymore and only people that don't matter cared about. The IDF will fall apart long before it can slaughter its way through Gaza and kill every Palestinian.
