Spoken Chinese has no gendered pronouns, the distinction only exists in text (and is a recent invention at that). Japanese technically has gendered pronouns for the third person but they aren't used often. Instead most pronoun usage is for the first person, making Japanese probably the wokest language grammatically as first person pronouns are definitionally personal choice.
