Living in Minnesota with five months of winter, MOA is nice to visit annually in mid January to get out of the house and walk around. Not sure why anyone would fly in for it, though.

i think AI investment has a lot more of a future than crypto/blockchain or metaverse did at similar points in the hype cycle if only because the government and military is taking a big interest

It's a different ballgame even if the market is using the same playbook to wildly inflate its value
