Moreover, he's so internet-poisoned that he believes the public will all rally behind him if he's simply allowed to explain the above calmly and rationally.

It is morally wrong to disagree with Musk in any capacity, at least in his own fantasyland. He is always right and incapable of making actual mistakes. Disagreements are either because someone else is clearly biased, delusional, a bad person, or operating out some kind of conspiracy. You see how that escalates.

He didn't have to pay for Twitter. But he did, yet even then he didn't have to forcibly insert himself as the centerpiece. But he did. And now you can't just use Twitter like one would Tiktok, Meta, etc. It feels like it's increasingly more about whether you're pro or anti-Elon, and that seems like....less than an ideal plan for long term sustainability.
