Would an independent scotland seek to rejoin the EU?

They'd expel the Lib Dems to Orkney first.

The Libdems would absolutely jump to prop up the Tories again given the slightest whiff of a chance to hop aboard the gravy train like Facebook Cleggy did. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a Jameson guzzling buffoon.

Anyone who thinks otherwise is a Jameson guzzling buffoon. Its a completely different situation. The libdems refused to prop up new labour, instead supporting a change to tory. So if you're expecting them to do the same things "again" then actually they would back starmer. Except of course they got wrecked last time they did that so who knows.

I was going to say they weren't invented here, but a google found a site saying that it was, back in 1920 Ireland had the first car bomb. The only crime here is that its a waste of Baileys and Guinness.

i’m sure it’s still called that in a lot of american bars but even then many have dropped it for fear of making people uncomfortable in college i of course used the same tasteless phrase to make cake bombs to take to parties. chocolate guinness cupcakes, whiskey in the chocolate ganache filling and baileys in the buttercream on top

We don't get much to celebrate in this thread, but there are three big stories that have made my day better in my life; the 2017 election result, finding out David Cameron hosed a pig, and Kissinger, one of the biggest cunts in human history, taking his trip to hell.

I'd like to try Amrut someday, which is an Indian single malt. The point is that there's something for everyone & the good whisky is the whisky you like. (But obviously please buy Scottish whisky to prop up the only manufacturing industry Scotland has left)

There is no afterlife or eternal punishment. Kissinger lived a full and happy life and died peacefully in his sleep, self assured that he did nothing wrong and will be remembered as one of histories great men. Edit The press are tediously dancing around this royal family racism story for legal reasons. jaete posted:what's the cheapest whisky As someone who has actually drunk Tesco Value Scotch Whisky, I assure you; there is no amount of cover up or mixer that can save you. The only things I can think of that were equal or worse was the knock-off ethanol thing a friend bought back from abroad and expired fortified cooking wine. Neither were highlights in my life. Also, I thought Irish Car Bombs were kind of a dodgy name for a cocktail / whatever the hell it is, way back in the day even when they had them in the Irish run pubs I went to. Can't remember anyone giving a gently caress at the time but no bother to me if it's canceled now, feels like the right move to make imo.
