Office coffee sellers have gone so far as to provide the coffee in single use bags so it doesn't have to be measured or ground, it just is. The cost for this, as opposed to scooping/grinding is like 10 cents more per pot of coffee. I work in office at least 3 days a week, but have no restrictions on remote work (it is easier to work in an office when you have toddlers at home). Office moved to a new location, and switched from the traditional office drip coffee canteen/jug to a "Newco" instant coffee machine, which is best described as a commercial level keurig. Entire office dislikes it, as it makes no more than 7 ounce cup of coffee, and is by no means instant. Apparently, the decision was made by office manager who is the only person in the office who does not drink coffee.

been thinking about getting an aeropress for myself for christmas but the other two times i have attempted alternative coffee making methods (drip, french press) i just ended up back with the instant coffee because of the ease adn convenience lol. hmm. better drink some more coffee.
