They better not fix this one. I always go to my inventory screen during any moving transition. It's the best.

Also if you examine a statue/petrified person they do idle animations because a lot of interactable statues and every petrified person is just a character model with a texture on them.

Nothing weird there, lots of folks have pretenders going around town mimicking them while they shake people down for money

Pretty sure this is every game. Wasn't there a bug in Skyrim where under certain conditions, statues in a room would just start getting off their plinths and walking about?

Never heard of that one specifically, but for Skyrim I'd believe it.

It was mannequins, iirc. The only way to get the armor-equipping behavior was to make them NPCs with no AI. Sometimes they could get assigned a default AI and go walkabout. Moderately nightmarish.

I still remember the first time that happened to me. I walked in my house and one of my mannequins had frozen in place halfway through stepping off his platform. Felt genuinely nightmarish, even though I knew they were technically NPCs with no AI.

The Solstheim house seemed really prone to it, my mannequins were never in the same place when I visited.

As someone pointed out, it's skyrim and mannequins. It's pretty spooky since you walk into a room of them and they're just in different poses and poo poo. But getting back to baldur's gate specifically; until a few patches ago you could actually disarm the statue of yourself and get a duplicate of its weapon - which was what ever weapon you were wielding when it was made. So that was fun, shame they fixed it.

Corpses also do this. And it happens practically every time I load a save, and also sometimes when I travel to a new area, so I see it a lot. A couple of times I have loaded a save and had a brief moment of "wait, there was a guy there?" before realising that he's dead.

It really is any movement in any direction.

And if they move toward the camera, they get zoomed way in then pass through the camera, which spins around to follow them as they continue past.

One time I'd knocked out a guard and was dragging him to a hiding spot. Closed a door behind me and the door hoovered up the guard, killed and ate him.

I would've been fine with this except it hosed up SA.

I've been playing Assassin's Creed Syndicate and I appreciate all the times that the horse carriages go nuts and fly into the sky.

Doesn't happen too often, maybe three times during the ten hours I've played, so it's a welcome surprise. No clips, sorry.

I played through it for the first time earlier this year, great game. Got this related clip during my playthrough.
