gave up on booze for the most part a few years ago when i realized that i would need to either double my exercise or halve my food intake to keep drinking without falling prey to the degradations of middle age. it was a sad day, but that choice had to be made else i would have surrendered the rest of my life to being shaped like wilford brimley. highly recommended to any goon looking down the barrel of a similar fate
