Which is good, but probably cost her. Also she didn't just pop off about Israel and Palestine but did so in a way which evoked Jeopardy verbiage which they probably did not love. Also the Jeopardy nerds preferred Ken and the olds didn't seem to care either way so she wasn't really bringing anything extra. I'm also sure she was more expensive than Ken. The anti-vax stuff. It's just stupid to have two hosts. And rumor has it that Jeopardy didn't want her in the first place but she was foisted on them by the studio. And she was just not very good at it either. So everything together it probably was just a matter of time.

i know i'm like 60 years late. yet somehow i've never actually listened to a david bowie album in full before (mostly only radio play songs on class rock stations or w/e) and recently my partner is getting really into vinyl with a record player (lolll) and just brought home the Ziggy Stardust album, and god drat it's really really good. whatever demerits the dude had (and there were a lot), he was a really loving good musician holy hell

They smooth over d.v incidents, break up drunken fights and make sure people wear their seatbelts driving around camp, that's about it. One time a fellow airman [tw: sexual assault] sexually assaulted me and they sent some kind of higher-up plain clothes investigator for that.

Ken's just better at the job than she was. He's charismatic and has a good report with the contestants on top of being a Jeopardy! legend. Whereas Mayim was never really liked and has a sort of forced lizard-person demeanor. I never got why they kept her around for so long when everyone clearly liked Ken better. It's actually kind of incredible how badly they botched the whole Jeopardy host thing. I don't really understand what the draw is. The point of her character on Big Bang Theory is that she's not likeable, and if anything, her off-screen personality seems worse.
