we would be talking about, to be clear, SCOTUS telling state supreme courts that they don't have final jurisdiction over their states' elections. Alito and Thomas, fine whatever. I don't see Roberts signing onto rewriting the constitution, nor Gorsuch. Barrett doesn't matter. I think they have three votes for cert, max.
