Yup it’s just the migration from the ea play premium tier to the basic one. Before game pass the ea play basic tier was some fantastic value as well.

For comparison, Mass Effect Legendary Edition was released on April 30, 2021 and added to EA Play/GPU January 6, 2022. Jedi Survivor was released April 28 this year, so it's probably coming pretty soon.

Thinking I'll get Modern Warfare 3 on sale because the classic og MW2 maps in mp looks really fun and the free content update in season 1 looks great. File size on the store page made me do a double take though, even after it changed down to 144GB or so? I think that was it? Anyways, looks like you have to buy the game as a bundle of XB1 & XSX versions (do two versions of the game show up in your game library?!) but I remember a while back someone said you can download different parts of the game if you want but I'm not sure if I'm remembering right? I'm not interested in singleplayer or the warzone battle royale mode thing, I just want to play standard multiplayer since it looks really fun imo. Is there some option or way of downloading just that part of the game? Does anyone know how much space it saves? Confusing as heck in so many ways since I dunno if any multiplayer progression is tied to warzone or zombies or any other the other stuff and when I got curious about the achievements (wanted to see if there were mp ones or not since it's more appealing if there isn't) the game doesn't have an achievement list of its own and is instead DLC for MW2?????? Not sure how that even works, like will it make me download (or need to buy?) some MW2 stuff or??? Will I be missing multiplayer content if I don't have MW2? Does any console have enough storage space for both games to be installed at the same time?!?!?!?! I'll give them props for putting together such a huge package of content with singleplayer, multiplayer, warzone, zombies and probably even more on top of that but my last COD game was BLOPS III and I am confused

Supposedly MW3 was originally add-on content for MW2 so that’s why that part is fucky. And yes 144 GB is pretty normal, at least it doesn’t have the PlayStation bug circa Cold War where you couldn’t update if you had at least twice the space for the update (which always was the size of the game itself so 🪦 if you had any other games installed at all). Single player is really forgettable story wise, I hear MW2019 is much better and MW2022 was a bit better for sure. If you’re in it for multi you get kind of a solid package yeah. Zombies is fun and chill!

Im enjoying MW3 for the zombies (it's super fun and really quite chill) and the regular MP. Lots of maps, some are great, a few are poo poo, but it's still a ton of game.

Just bought the latest Vampire Survivors DLC. The game that keeps on giving. I'm also excited to dive back into Starfield, but I'm waiting for the promised update beginning 2024. I’ll def give Starfield another try once there’s some optional survival mechanics. The idea of your character’s needs being the major reason in choosing what quests/factions/planets to do can potentially make for some fun emergent shenanigans. More so if you do it all in a rinky dink, barely functioning ship
