Amari's performance today is reminding me why I stopped playing fantasy for a number of years. Used to put together 1-2 loss teams across multiple leagues that would get bounced in the playoffs every year by the same poo poo and it just isn't that fun to me. This guy traded Dalton Schultz and Baker Mayfield for Amari and Goff, on November 23rd.

Well, looks like my run has come to an end. Playing in a 14 team league sucked. Managed to limp into the semifinals with my skeleton crew after losing Herbert, Stroud, Keenan, and Reed in a two week span. Notable highlights of my final week: 1) flexed a TE—McBride— because my WR and RB options were so bad 2) my kicker got injured by the RB who lost me three games and subsequently got dropped (Pierce) 3) said RB also out scores both of my RBs combined 4) started the Bills defense 5) forced to start *Nick Mullens* because my opponents were stashing QBs, who ended up out scoring my opponent’s QB, which didn’t end up mattering since he had St. Brown, Samuel, Njoku, and Koo Dumb way to go out, but that’s fantasy!

I hadn't lost a game since Week 6. CeeDee/Evans/Pittman/Puka core was strong and a fun season, but running backs making GBS threads the bed was predictable, Pittman injury sucked this week, and tight end is a garbage fire. This was only my second fantasy season in the last few years, I did okay last year but got smoked round one. I had fun this year with my win streak but I can't see myself doing another snake draft league again. This frustration is reminding me of why I quit for a while after I won my only championship in 2013.

Things that don’t make a lot of sense but are true. Wilson has beaten Tua 4 of the last 5 weeks. I guess I should’ve started him today. I’m up 14 with my Swift and Kelce Vs. his Deebo, CMC and Gus. Not looking great, but stranger things have happened. Stupid poo poo like Sanders hitting 3-50 yarders and me benching Wilson for Tua will probably cost me a shot at the championship.

Dear Santa, I've been a good horse this year. I only twirled my dongs a little bit in public. I stopped saying "neigh" in response to yes or no questions.
