(I understand why people would get confused because the person "looks femme-presenting", but that is a common complaint that truscum make about nonbinary people (that they don't look androgynous enough and are indistinguishable from their assigned gender), so they have made the person look feminine on purpose. I'm nearly 100% sure the above is the only intended interpretation)
