I still don’t understand why he’s so fixated on these go-nowhere arcs. It’s clear he’s much more interested in drawing dick bulges and spewing antisemitic memes than crafting a story. Like, he’s obviously writing it all on the fly, because if this was written in advance he would, you know, have 2023 die on January 1st. So like last year, we’re trying to add meaning or pathos at the last minute, because otherwise this is a character with maybe two weeks of strips for all of the year that we know nothing about just up and dying. This results in rushed poo poo that doesn’t make sense, like the character named Vainglorious giving a poo poo about an adopted sister he learned about five minutes ago. And yet in February we’re going to see another baby, and she’ll be raised by another zany character. Will it be the Woke Justice League? The FBI? An actual member of the original cast? My money is on terf grandma.

Seriously, how many comics did he do of overly submissive lefties in a concentration camp trying to politely ask guards to maybe not kill them, or forming action committees to outline a draft proposal condemning prisoner treatment etc? I'm like 95% sure I saw a comic from him at one point wondering why right wingers weren't even more radical and violent about abortion. Something along the lines of "if you really thought abortion was genocide, why aren't you out there doing absolutely everything in your power to destroy the system?? Violently, just to be clear."
