The coaching change is a bigger deal than Dame, though you would expect a drop off going from Jrue. There are good defensive teams who have bad PG defenders but a backcourt of Dame and Beasley does really put you in the hole. Bucks have generally gotten better on that end as the year has gone on though( with a bit of a dip since the new year).
