Sounds like Steiner’s contract ended in December and wasn’t renewed. If Haas truly believed “anybody can win in NASCAR” it’s not because of no budget, but probably much less investments needed than is needed in F1, because NASCAR teams are not all created equal. Haas should know because he had/has a decently big budget Cup team! Just that it isn’t the same level as stepping up in F1.
