The federal employee thing is theoretically within his power. But it's ok since the government doesn't do any real work, no one will notice those VA doctors, firefighters, or customs agents missing.

Funny, and morally probably needs to happen (or will? is? man who fuckin knows) but jesus this would be probably the quickest way to destroy the nation I can think of, and that's on top of Vivek's already insane plan to destroy the nation.
